A Maine native, Morgan Riley has taught in RSU 14 since 2006. She graduated from The University of Southern Maine with a bachelor's degree in Music Education. At USM she studied conducting under Dr. Peter Martin, Dr. Robert Russell, and Dr. Douglas Owens.
Morgan is currently the band and orchestra teacher at Windham Middle School. For 5 years running, both the band and orchestra at Windham Middle School have earned gold ratings under Mrs. Riley's direction at the Great East Music Festivals in Salem, NH. Morgan has served numerous times in recent years as the Maine Music Educator’s Association District II middle school band and orchestra manager and has hosted the District II auditions at WMS.
